1. Agreement

By using Make It Viral you agree to these terms and to the YouTube Terms of Service, because Make It Viral uses YouTube API Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, and it refers to the Google Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Make It Viral is a free tool that shows YouTube data and gives suggestions. It is not made by, endorsed by or connected with YouTube or Google. It is provided "as is", without guarantees. Numbers can be delayed or incomplete, and AI suggestions can be wrong. Please check before you rely on them.

3. Fair use and limits

• Free daily limits apply (YouTube API credits and AI answers). You can add your own free API keys to get higher limits.
• Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no automated mass requests, no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, and no use that breaks YouTube's or Google's terms.
• Only connect channels you own or manage.
• We may limit or remove accounts that misuse the service, or pause the service if needed.

4. Your content and keys

You keep all rights to your channel and content. If you add your own API keys, you are responsible for them under Google's terms. You can remove them at any time in Settings.

5. Ending

You can stop using Make It Viral and delete your account at any time (Settings → "Delete my account and data").
